Personal Training

This option is perfect for those who want a more specific and personalized program. If you can’t make our regular class times, prefer one-on-one coaching rather than classes, or want to work on skill movements, this is for you.

The program will be specifically tailored towards your needs and goals, and you will be given homework after each session you can do on your own. These sessions can be performed as one-on-one, duo or small group depending on your preferences. Each session will last 30 minutes.

We have different package options to choose from and we will help you pick the one best suited for you. All packages includes Open Gym access.
