CrossFit Classes

All classes at CrossFit Smithfield last for 1 hour and start off with a general warm up followed by a specific warm up and technique training. We will then take you through the Workout of the Day demonstrating movements and correcting techniques before we start our workout which consists of a strength component and/or metabolic conditioning.

In these classes you will learn how to move correctly and safely to better meet the demands of everyday life and minimize the risks of injury. You will learn how the different movements we do in our workouts can be incorporated into your daily life.

By participating in these classes and giving your best effort, you can expect to improve your cardiorespiratory endurance, stamina, speed, strength, power, flexibility, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.

These classes are for anyone who is looking to improve their fitness. It doesn’t matter whether you are a top athlete or have never trained a day in your life. All workouts can be scaled to whatever level you are on. The only expectations we have is that you give your best effort and have fun.
