Will CrossFit make me bulky?

We get this question from ladies All the time…. Straight answer, NO.

Want to get bulky? Sure here’s a step-by-step how:

  1. Train 6-8 hrs a day
  2. Eat 4000 calories worth of egg whites, broccoli, and protein shakes,
  3. Hook yourself up to a steroid drip
  4. Throw in a few hundred bicep curls for good measure.

You don’t just touch a few weights and get bulky. Sorry ladies, doesn’t work that way. It’s actually very hard to do. There’s this thing called testosterone. Women have about 1/5 what men do, so you could work twice as hard and still not grow more muscle than a man. So ladies, quit worrying about it.
Also, CrossFit will NOT make you skinny like a model. That’s a starvation diet of lemon juice, cabbage soup, and hours of endless cardio.
CrossFit will, however, help you look athletic, toned, feel better, be stronger, and have a better & healthier quality of life. Who doesn’t want that?

Stuff like squats, pushups, high intensity workouts, and balanced nutrition make that a reality. Just show up, and trust the process. Did I mention it’s also the most fun you’ll ever have a in a gym?
